Just like any other diamond, their quality is appraised and certified according to a harmony between four inseparable and universal criteria set by the International Gemological Institute IGI : Carat, Cut, Color, Clarity.
A lab-grown diamond shares the same physical properties as its mined counterpart, including its unrivaled hardness.
They are thus cut and polished by the very same master craftsmen, for an equally outstanding result.

COURBET only chooses diamonds with a “very good” to “excellent” cut. From 0.5 carat and above, every lab-grown diamond is delivered with its certificate from a gemological institute.
