Returns, exchanges and refunds

Yes, return is free of charge for metropolitan France and the European Union. The cost of returning goods outside the European Union is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Products that are damaged, have already been worn, or have been subject, at your request, to a personalised or specific modification or an engraving cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

You have up to 30 working days to make a return or exchange request.

If you wish to receive a full refund, you must return your jewellery within 14 working days. After these 14 working days, if you still return your jewellery within the aforementioned 30 working days, you will receive a voucher for the amount of the jewellery returned.

You must return your jewellery in its original packaging with the invoice and certificate of authenticity.

Jewellery returned incomplete or judged, by quality control, to be damaged, deteriorated, soiled or in any other condition that would suggest that it has been used or worn, will not be reimbursed, will not benefit from a voucher and will be returned to you. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

In the event of a request for an exchange, the cost of restoring the jewellery to its original condition may be invoiced before the exchange is made. This repair will cost a minimum of €80 per item and may be increased depending on the level of deterioration of the jewellery.

If repair is not possible, the jewellery will not be exchanged and will be returned to you. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Jewellery that has been the subject, at your request, of a personalised modification, engraving, sizing or bespoke jewellery cannot under any circumstances be refunded, exchanged or benefit from a voucher.

If all the refund conditions are met, you will receive a full refund within 7 to 10 days.
